Documents "Lodged" with Electoral CollegeIs Barack Hussein Obama a “Natural Born Citizen” of the United States? Although NO authenticated evidence has been offered to support the claim, those who claim that Obama was born in the State of Hawaii would be claiming only that Obama is a “native born citizen” of the United States. As a “native born citizen” is NOT the requirement for President in the U.S. Constitution, this is an argument of no real consequence. No Court, Federal or State, has ever made a determination to the Office qualifications of Barack Hussein Obama II. All the cases brought into the Courts were dismissed on jurisdictional grounds. The question of Office qualifications was submitted before the Electoral College for a decision. Below are the Documents that have been "Lodged" with several Members of the U.S. Congress.

Washington, DC On Friday, a Joint Session of Congress convened to count the electoral votes. President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden each received 332 electoral votes and were officially re-elected to office. Republicans Mitt Romney and his running mate Paul Ryan each received 206 votes. A majority of 270 electoral votes are required to elect a President and Vice President. Federal Law mandates that this be done on Jan. 6, following an election, but Congress passed a law allowing it to happen on Jan. 4 this year, since the 6th is a Sunday. Vice President Joe Biden presided over the counting, which took place in the House chamber. The ballots from the electoral college were sealed until they were officially counted today (01-04-13).
Comments Several Offices of U.S. Senators were contacted by telephone on Friday, January 4, 2013 with every Office admitting that the Democrat Political Party had no "Documents of Eligibility" to which supports their "Official Certificate Of Nomination" that was submitted under "Oath" to the Election Officers of every State of the Union. Furthermore, the Joint Session of Congress reviewing the Electoral Votes was procedurally defective for not following the procedures as set forth in 3 USC 15. Joseph Biden, as President of the U.S. Senate, never called for any objections: ". . . . Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received. When all objections so made to any vote or paper from a State shall have been received and read, the Senate shall thereupon withdraw, and such objections shall be submitted to the Senate for its decision; and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall, in like manner, submit such objections to the House of Representatives for its decision; . . . ."The Congress, sitting in Joint Session, did not address any "Objections" of the General Public which includes the above "Objection and Complaint" with Exhibits.
We can conclude that the United States Constitution no longer exists and the government of the United States no longer serves the interest of the States or the People. The government of the United States is a defacto (unlawful) government. Barack Hussein Obama II has made it clear that he will be ruling the States and the People with self proclaimed dictatorial powers, passing over the U.S. Congress with "Executive Orders." We can see that he intends to destroy the United States in the same manner as Adolf Hitler destroyed the Nation of Germany. Don't be surprised to see our Cities being destroyed and millions of our Citizens losing their lives. |

Please take notice that the "Common Law" spoken of by Jack Maskell has no relevance to the United States citizenship status of a Negro.
"PPSimmons" reports the facts behind the Hawaii Democrat Political Party's refusal to certify Barack Hussein Obama II's eligibility to hold the Office of President of the United States that forced U.S. Rep. Nancy Pelosi to file a separate "DNC Certificate of Nomination" with the Hawaii Division of Elections from that which was filed with the other Forty-Nine (49) States of the Union.
